An almost one acre lot with a $100,000 swimming pool, a small sized basketball court in the backyard, volleyball court with beach sand, a covered patio with an outdoor bar for entertainment, and a Million Dollar view of the San Jacinto Mountains! All these features surround the 3000 sq. ft. home EMD Construction built in 2006. It is one of my favorite properties because you need to go nowhere to be comfortable and enjoy life. The interiors are beautiful and the colors and finishes are very delicate. We like to say the construction of this house is in harmony with all the landscaping, stone-work and front-back yard design. This is the real desert living and lifestyle.
